Avery is a happy baby, even in her carseat for 5 hrs. (Well, as long as I'm sitting beside her and she isn't tired or hungry and I hold her a few times!)
If your idea of fun is 5.5 hrs in a car with a 3 yr old and a 4 month old you should have been with us this weekend! We ventured west for Mitzi and Cody's baby shower for little Haden in Lubbock. We made a few hundred stops along the way for potty breaks and food and eventually we made it! We stayed at the Marriot which Presley thought was cool because she got to swim. The bluebonnets along the Texas highways are beautiful, so we couldn't resist a photo on the side of the road. Mitzi is ready for
Haden to be here, which should be any day! We decorated the nursery after the shower and I got to practice my artistic skills painting
a tree on the wall. Avery can't wait to meet her newest cousin!
Derek finally broke down and bought a new truck last week! I wish I had a picture of "old blue" because the difference is night and day. It's a great truck and Presley is already learning how to keep it clean for daddy!

Happy Easter from the Montgomery Bunch! 
Presley was tired after a great egg hunt at Babs and Buncle B's house. (Aka Lana and Jerry Muncy) It took her a few minutes to realize that she was supposed to run and grab as much candy and goodies that would fit in her basket!
